Recovery
If you’re recovering from an injury or want to rebuild trust in your body, personal training gives you the space to work safely, precisely, and in a way that’s tailored to you.
Pilates
Personal training gives you immediate control over how you move.
You work one-on-one on what your body needs. You refine technique, build strength, and learn to understand how your body moves properly.
This leads to more control, less compensation and faster results. Not because you work harder, but because you work more precisely.
Combine personal training with group classes for optimal results.
Within andNow, personal training, group classes and the open studio work together. What you learn in a private session carries over into a group class, and vice versa. You train with greater insight and get much more out of every exercise.
And once you’ve built a solid foundation, you can train independently in the open studio. Not as a replacement for classes, but as a complement.
You can practice each component separately. But the greatest progress comes when you combine the different elements.

Personal training is not a fixed format. There are different approaches for different bodies and different goals.
If you’re recovering from an injury or want to rebuild trust in your body, personal training gives you the space to work safely, precisely, and in a way that’s tailored to you.
If Pilates is new to you, one-on-one guidance helps you truly understand the fundamentals. You’ll learn how to move well and what your body is capable of and needs.
If you want to work on better posture, an injury, a stronger and more flexible body or a recurring issue, we can focus on it specifically and without distraction.
Personal training also works as a deeper layer alongside group classes. You refine your technique, better understand transitions, and notice that you enter each class with more control and confidence.
Whether you come in for a focused technical reset or want to work on recovery and building strength: the sessions are always tailored, goal-oriented, and immediately applicable.
01
No prior experience or specific level is required. We start by looking at what’s currently going on in your body and what it needs, and build from there.
02
Each session builds on the previous one. The focus can be on recovery, repetition, or challenge, but always with a clear goal.
03
What you learn here doesn’t stay in the private session. You’ll feel how differently and better you move in group classes and in everyday life.
04
Once you have built enough experience, you can join the Open Studio and train independently as often as you want. This helps you keep applying corrections from personal training and group classes, so you get more out of the lessons that follow.
