Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It supports a wide range of body types and goals, including athletes, office workers, dancers, and anyone looking to move with greater strength and ease. Pilates is also highly beneficial for rehabilitation, injury prevention, posture support, and overall functional strength. It can help with conditions such as chronic stiffness, back pain, joint issues, osteoporosis, arthritis, hypermobility, and muscle weakness, and is often used as a complement to other forms of exercise.
Pilates focuses on precision, control, and mindful movement rather than high-impact or high-intensity training. This approach helps build a balanced and resilient body, while reducing strain on the joints and minimizing the risk of injury.
Group classes remain available during the first trimester (up to approximately 14 weeks) for clients who already have experience with our method. At any stage of pregnancy, private sessions with our specialized prenatal instructors are available, offering personal guidance and close attention. At this time, we do not offer dedicated group classes for pregnant or postnatal clients. While Pilates can be a supportive form of exercise during and after pregnancy, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting a program to ensure it is safe for you and your baby.
