Reformer group class

Our reformer classes combine controlled movement, mindful breathing, and core activation. You train strength, mobility, and stability in small groups with personal attention.

Classes are accessible for beginners and still challenging for advanced participants thanks to clear levels and focused coaching.

Basic Repertoire

Basic Repertoire brings you back to the fundamentals. You work on technique, control and the core principles of Pilates. Its ideal for beginners and also for anyone training at higher levels, because a strong foundation strengthens everything that follows.

This level is suitable if:

  • Its your first Pilates class
  • You want to refresh the basics
  • You want to work calmly on technique and control, regardless of your level

Characteristics of this class:

  • A calm pace with clear explanations of the movements
  • The Pilates breathing patterns
  • Neutral alignment and core activation

Intermediate Repertoire

The Intermediate Repertoire class is for people who have a solid grasp of the basics and are ready for more challenge.

To follow this level, we expect that you:

  • Are familiar with footwork, hip work and exercises such as short spine
  • Know most of the set-ups and which springs are used for the exercises
  • Can perform exercises such as the elephant and sitting arm work with good control

Characteristics of this class:

  • Progressions and variations of exercises
  • More flow between exercises
  • Greater focus on strength, stability, and control
  • Less extensive explanation of the basics

Advanced Repertoire

The Advanced Repertoire class is intended for experienced participants who have been practicing Pilates for a longer time and have good control of their technique.

For this level, we expect that you:

  • Are familiar with most classical Pilates exercises
  • Have a strong core and good body control
  • Can perform more complex exercises such as the teaser, all up-stretches and long spine

In this class:

  • Exercises follow each other at a faster pace
  • Challenging variations and balance exercises are included
  • There is a greater focus on strength, mobility, and muscle endurance

Stretch

More space and flexibility on the reformer. This class focuses on controlled stretching, mobility, and recovery.

Mat Group Classes

Mat group class

In mat classes you work with your body weight on posture, control, and precision. You build a strong foundation that supports every other class format.

The mix of technique and flow makes classes suitable for both new participants and members who want to deepen their pilates practice.

Basic Repertoire

The Basic Mat class is suitable for beginners or for anyone who wants to learn or deepen the fundamentals of Pilates on the mat. The focus is on technique, control, and activating the right muscles.

This level is suitable if:

  • You are new to Pilates
  • You want to build up gradually
  • You want to learn how to perform the basics correctly

Characteristics

  • Pilates breathing
  • Core activation and a neutral pelvis and spine position
  • The basic principles of Pilates such as control, precision, and flow
  • Basic mat exercises such as pelvis curl, shoulder bridge prep, and leg circles

The pace is slower and there is more explanation of the exercises

Intermediate Repertoire

The Intermediate Mat class is for participants who have a solid grasp of the basics and are ready for more challenge.

For this level, we expect that you:

  • Are familiar with most basic mat exercises
  • Know how to activate your core and are aware of your strengths and weaknesses
  • Can perform exercises such as teaser prep, the hundred, double leg stretch, and shoulder bridge with good control

In this class:

  • Exercises become longer and more intensive
  • You work more on strength, stability, and coordination

The pace is higher and there is less focus on basic explanations.

Advanced Repertoire

The Advanced Mat class is intended for experienced Pilates participants who know their body well and have mastered the technique.

For this level, we expect that you:

  • Are familiar with almost all basic and intermediate mat exercises
  • Have strong core control
  • Can perform exercises such as teasers, roll up, side over, swan dive, and more complex variations

In this class:

  • Exercises become more challenging and dynamic
  • You will be challenged both physically and mentally
  • You work on strength, stability, mobility, and balance

This class requires greater body control and experience.

Stretch

Focus on length, breath, and mobility. Ideal as a complement to your repertoire training.

Foamroller

Challenge your balance and stability with the foamroller. A playful class with a strong focus on control.

Props

Work with small tools like a ball, ring, or band for extra variety, precision, and depth.
