Reformer Group Classes

Our reformer classes combine controlled movement, mindful breathing, and core activation. You train strength, mobility, and stability in small groups with personal attention.
Classes are accessible for beginners and still challenging for advanced participants thanks to clear levels and focused coaching.
Basic Repertoire
Basic Repertoire brings you back to the fundamentals. You work on technique, control and the core principles of Pilates. It’s ideal for beginners and also for anyone training at higher levels, because a strong foundation strengthens everything that follows.
This level is suitable if:
- It’s your first Pilates class
- You want to refresh the basics
- You want to work calmly on technique and control, regardless of your level
Characteristics of this class:
- A calm pace with clear explanations of the movements
- The Pilates breathing patterns
- Neutral alignment and core activation
Intermediate Repertoire
The Intermediate Repertoire class is for people who have a solid grasp of the basics and are ready for more challenge.
To follow this level, we expect that you:
- Are familiar with footwork, hip work and exercises such as short spine
- Know most of the set-ups and which springs are used for the exercises
- Can perform exercises such as the elephant and sitting arm work with good control
Characteristics of this class:
- Progressions and variations of exercises
- More flow between exercises
- Greater focus on strength, stability, and control
- Less extensive explanation of the basics
Advanced Repertoire
The Advanced Repertoire class is intended for experienced participants who have been practicing Pilates for a longer time and have good control of their technique.
For this level, we expect that you:
- Are familiar with most classical Pilates exercises
- Have a strong core and good body control
- Can perform more complex exercises such as the teaser, all up-stretches and long spine
In this class:
- Exercises follow each other at a faster pace
- Challenging variations and balance exercises are included
- There is a greater focus on strength, mobility, and muscle endurance
Stretch
More space and flexibility on the reformer. This class focuses on controlled stretching, mobility, and recovery.
